"Purchased a Caldera from Brian at Rec Warehouse in September - I prefer to wait a couple of months before completing the review to assess service, responsiveness etc. Brian has been my go to hot tub consultant for over 20 years (tons of longevity in the business). He has always been honest, fair and straightforward. Very happy with the Caldera - especially glad that I took Brian’s advice. A few tips: 1) try the hot tub in the store prior to purchase if possible 2) confirm the details of the removal of an older tub with the subcontractor ahead of time 3) always make certain that the tub is up and running as soon as possible after electrical/delivery If/when service is necessary, request Ben from Spa Solutions, he’s one of the best in Southwest Florida. I would not hesitate to buy from Brian/Rec Warehouse again - they provide excellent service and education on your new spa!!"

"Rarely do I ever give a business review, however our experience at Recreational Warehouse Fort Myers, FL was beyond exceptional. We stopped in to take a look at replacing a hot tub on the final day of their busy Labor Day 2023 weekend sale. Sandy Woodard, the manager, patiently answered every question we had without any pressure. Long story short, we not only left with a hot tub but also an outdoor kitchen! Amazingly Sandy coordinated the delivery and installation of 2 very complex items along with the removal of the old hot tub within 5 days! Robert O'Connor (of O'Connors Service & Transport), who delivered our outdoor kitchen, was amazing! He communicated in advance with us about how he would bring extra crew to haul the ~1000 lb kitchen up a flight of stairs to a 2nd floor porch to install. Robert and his crew were professional, careful, considerate, arrived on time, very efficient and took great care to protect our home and the kitchen he was delivering. Very impressive! The delivery of the hot tub (Mike Hoeft and his partner Raggae) went smoothly as well. It is unusual in these days and times for any business - let alone a midsized business like Recreational Warehouse - to orchestrate the purchase, delivery and installation of 2 complex purchases so seamlessly, taking great care to protect our home and keep the purchases free of any scratches or damage.
