She makes a consultation with you first to ensure she understands exactly what you want and need. Haven't loved my hair this much in probably 12 years. Very knowledgeable. Worth every penny. Love her. I've observed her colleagues as well and they do an amazing job."

I initially went to her after having grown out my darker roots for a couple of months and it had been several months since my last hair cut. Previously, it was bleached and had become brassy and yellow. Also, my baby fine hair is ultra challenging to cut and style, but not for Chris, as she did a stellar job!
