"Went in and looked at there ice cream cake that was made up. There were small, and one cookie dough large, and 3 sprinkle cakes large.Not much of a selection in cooler. And price was not cheap. The cake was not even decorated. It was plan white with sprinkles.didn't even ask if wanted writing on cake. Just told me how much, put it in bag.my daughter came up and doctored up the cake. Noticed the difference between cakes. But I was charged $47.70 for large plain ice cream cake.please don't get me wrong. The cake was delicious.( First time buying a cake or even having there ice cream) But for the price ugg. The cake was moist not dry, ice cream delicious. But for price ?? But my daughter wanted to try cold stone."

"We got a simple vanilla ice cream with sprinkles, a kids portion. Everything was going fine, The service was minimal and average. A kids cup of ice cream cost almost 8 dollars which is beside the point. My daughter started eating and she found a curly black hair in her ice cream. I went up to the girl on the cash register and showed her the hair. She asked me which person served us and I named the guy that has dreadlocks that are not in a hairnet, in addition, they are down to his lips almost so they are very long. Again no hairnet she offered me no solution, no refund, and did not even offer to remake the ice cream. She literally giggled and had a smirk and said “oh yeah him OK I’m sorry .” Disgusted is an understatement. We left right when we got done talking to the cashier. I suppose I should’ve asked for a manager, but I feel like the employee should have had some common sense to at least remake the ice cream. Very disappointing, especially since my daughter couldn’t even enjoy her vanilla ice cream with sprinkles. Dare I came: 1/20/24 Time: 6:20-6:25 p.m."

"Always upsetting. First of all the lines are usually long. So try going early on a weekday. Secondly they always run out of toppings and I honestly don’t know why I’m paying full price anymore. Coldstone isn’t cheap. If you can’t provide the basics add a discount. The last final nail in the coffin was the Barbie ice cream. They just gave me pink ice cream with sprinkles. Looked NOTHING like the advertisement. This location is trash compared to others. Hopefully they can step up their game or maybe even open another location to ease the line after reading my review. If you can skip this location OR go earlier then do it."

"It's not cold. Its melting right away. It looked like it was out in the sun for a while as soon as I got it. The texture is gross. The staff was unfriendly. No one smiled. Total pass. Don't waste your time or money go to a family-owned ice cream shop instead. I wouldn't go back if it was free"

"Let me tell you how awesome my experience was there tonight!! I had family in from out of town. We went for dessert here & met the 2 funniest, kind & entertaining young gentleman. Jomare & Lang! They absolutely made our night!!!! We had dinner over at the WEC....(way over rated). I would pick these 2 spectacular human beings over going to the Yellow Pony every time. Great time. Thank you gentlemen! Keep up the positive attitudes & you will go far in life."
