"I was in town for a wedding and chose to book a 60 minute women’s haircut so it would look nice for the event. I chose Sea Breeze because of the good reviews and I like to support small woman-owned businesses. I got a call the week before the haircut asking if I could move it to two hours later. I said no because of my schedule, but I did agree to move it to half an hour later. When I got there the stylist ended up giving me a 30 minute dry cut instead of a full haircut even though that was what I booked. There was another client there who she kept leaving me to tend to and she never offered to shampoo, style, or anything. I felt incredibly awkward and like she was rushing through me to make sure the other person was taking care of. I tried to explain I booked this service because I wanted my hair to look nice for a wedding but she still breezed through the haircut as though it was just a quick trim. She then charged me for the full service cut. I was so upset and somewhat in shock by how bad my experience was that I just paid and got out of there as fast as I could. I realized later that my cut is crooked and she missed an entire chunk of hair. I really don’t know how it ended up going so bad since all the reviews I read are stellar. I guess you get better service if you’re a regular customer."
