"Wash, cut, and style with Noel was fantastic! It was badly needed, and I had a date with my husband scheduled that evening. In my entire life, nobody has ever straightened my curly hair without a straightener, but Noel made it look effortless and it held up SO much better than ever before (still straight 3 days later, though I will have to wash today, lol). My husband loved the surprise of seeing a different version of me for a bit, and I love how light the layers are making my hair feel. "Was really looking forward to getting my hair done. Came to the salon 15 mins early to get ready for my appointment but no one was there and when someone did show up my appointment was never written down and they did not offer to squeeze me in. Tried to ask me to come back but it’s not easy to arrange around work and getting a babysitter. They later messaged me when I got home to offer 50% off if I wanted to book again. Sadly after that experience I do not. Very disappointed as I made time to do something nice for myself just to find that I went through the effort of booking in advance, showing up on time, arranging my work schedule, and finding someone to watch my baby just to be turned away. :("
