"Jenny just gave me the best haircut/salon experience of my entire LIFE. She was so gentle when brushing, shampooing, and cutting my hair. I’ve never felt a hairstylist be so gentle. I felt like a baby LOL. She has non energy, she’s so gentle and caring. She gave me exactly what I wanted, and it looks AMAZING. I can’t recommend her enough. I got curtain bangs, a trim, and some layers and she nailed it."

"I had the best experience I’ve ever had at a hair salon here at Salon Thirty-One. Alex was my stylist and she brought my vision to life. She provided a thorough consultation where I showed about 5 photos. I started out interested in getting a balayage with purple because of a photo I saw but upon further discovery we determined it was not going to work for my lifestyle because we would need to use lightener to achieve my goal. I’m not the type of girl to come back every six weeks to touch up so we realized that an all over color of the purple would be best to avoid having to come back and retouch over and over. Doing so, kept me in my beauty budget to a T as well. After the consultation we scheduled my appointment and I didn’t have to wait too many days. During the appointment we had great conversation and she is just a really cool person. About the haircut. It’s unbelievable. I’ve shown this same picture which is a medium shag cut with bangs to other stylists and Alex is the only one who has been able to give me the same look. Others have sent me out with a good haircut but not as funky and interesting as I was wanting. I think Alex has the confidence to make the vision happen."
"I had a bad review and photo on here due to the stylist that cut my sons hair 2 months ago. The owner, Hope gave me a credit to use for services in the future. I decided to try it out and get a balayage. (1st time) I got Jordan and my experience here has been great! My services were more than the credit that was given and Hope covered it all. I really appreciate Hope and will be returning to this salon and using Jordan as my stylist. Great group of women! Look forward to coming in with my boys and using Whitney."
