"This process has been nothing but a breeze. We began this process back in Oklahoma when we were visiting our children awaiting the arrival of our first grandson. We spent months deciding on a company and Elite came highly recommended. We spoke with several clients and others around us who had used other companies and felt secure in our decision. When we emailed Michael and explained we were 1300 miles away at the time but had a small window to nail down our design he was quick to get started. We were able to send our plans and what we felt would work for our small space as well as our land survey to him that week. Less the 24 hours later he had a zoom call set up and beautiful plans in front of us. Over the next few weeks he stayed in steady contact with us while we navigated new grandparenthood and pool designing. When we finally arrived back home he was quick to make an appointment with us to come see the property and take perfect measurements. Next came the permit departments. I can’t say enough wonderful things about the ladies in the office.Joyce and her team did an outstanding job. Our small home town is not the easiest to navigate as they are still on paper with permits and not digital. But these ladies went above and beyond to make sure the process stayed on track. Even when we felt anxious Robert was sure to keep us calm and up to date. When dig day arrived he explained step by step how the process would go and made sure he checked in often either physically or by phone. He never left a call go unanswered. Each crew that came was kind and polite and explained what they were doing and what to expect. They also as best as they could kept the area clean. Which was a huge anxiety for me. We are just days before fill day and we couldn’t be more impressed with the level of care and communication Robert and his entire team has given us. Our pool was a small pool but he treated us like we were the only ones. His eye to detail was exactly what we needed. So from first time pool owner to another this process was worth it! "I was looking for a reasonable prized pool with a reputable company. After reviewing multiple pool companies, I settled on Elite Pool Designs. I contacted the company and got in touch with Michael. He came to my home the same week, sat with me as well as review my backyard and sent over multiple options for me to choose that would fit in my backyard, which was a very small, sloped area. Everyone was very professional, attentive, and true to their word. The office staff alerted me to the date my pool would begin building, and they were true to their word. Robert, the project manager was very professional, and I felt at ease. There was never a time that I would text or call , and not have all my questions answered. Even the contract workers were very professional and courteous. From the first day of excavation to completion of the pool, I was kept up-to-date on every aspect of the building process.The entire process took less than 2 month.
