"Wahoo did a great job installing a new pool at my rental property. They worked with me on the design during the closing period so that permits were ready to be filed shortly after I closed. The designer, Ashley did an outstanding job when I gave her some creative freedom and the end result was stunning within my budget. The entire pool was constructed in about 3 months. The equipment in the base package is really stellar and most companies charge extra for variable speed pumps, automation, etc. Tim (sales), Jeremy (construction), BB (automation/start-up), and Ashley (designer) were a great team and I hope I can do another project with them in the future."

"Wahoo pools designed and built this pool/hot tub for me - their designers were very helpful and in constant communication throughout the project. We had some issues with program management but they resolved them all in the end. After the build their pool maintenance team was exceptional in showing how to run the pool and maintain it. "Wahoo persisted through COVID Jun 2020 – Feb 2021 Bottom Line Up Front (BLUF): Outstanding job Wahoo! They worked through the challenges and delivered a dreamy little pool that rose above our expectations. The project from start to finish took about six months. It would have been completely finished by the new year, however, the EasyPool system was on back order and took another two months to arrive. As soon as it came in, they were out to install it. It’s been a year now since the project began and we are absolutely thrilled with our beautiful pool. We receive many complements and the EasyPool system is amazing!! I barely lift a finger to maintain this pool. I’m glad the guys talked me into getting the Chlorine pool with EasyPool system. In conclusion, I got to watch every phase of the project more closely than many folks get to, due to COVID. I strongly believe there is NO perfect pool install. There ARE going to be logistics and communications issues. Wahoo Pools did a great job navigating through a pandemic and its issues to deliver a pool that reached beyond our expectations. "After meeting with several of the bay area’s top builders, we decided to sign a contact with Wahoo pools. From the first meeting with our sales rep, Tim, was down to earth and extremely easy to communicate with. He was completely open to our vision and gave us several helpful tips throughout the design process. Once we met in office with the design team and finalized our design, we knew we made the right choice. Wahoo was extremely easy to work with and we didn’t feel like we were “nickle and dimed” for the small additions or features that the other companies line itemed out on our bids. They also had several standard features in their pool that others charged a hefty increase for. Tim was also very open to several changes and additions we made along the way. Due to COVID, the permit process took a significant amount of time and the time between construction phases was lengthy at times, but the communication from our PM, David, was always clear and most things were completed when Wahoo said they’d be completed. Any questions or concerns we had along the way were always addressed and we were always kept in the loop with what was going on. The delays between phases we’re at times testing to our patience but most of this was outside of Wahoo’s control given the circumstances with material delays and COVID restrictions. Total time from dig to swim was around 22 weeks and we ended up with a product that our family can enjoy for years to come. Wahoo and their staff made it easy to look past the time it took to complete the project and we have no regrets with our decision to trust them to build our dream pool.
