"Managers, Jeff,/ Larry need a class on customer service to deal with customers that pay their bill on the seventh for cleaning service and are just now coming out today. When they’ve called numerous times for assistance. The customer has every reason to be upset because no service has been rendered, but they hung up on the customer. Then the brushing up on the customer service skills."

"Great liquid chlorine deals. But don't listen to these half wits about water sample testing. I made the mistake of using two pinch A Penny stores for water samples. Their computer infrastructure is not networked so other store had no idea what other store advice me to do. I used two stores because one was close to my work and the other was close to my home. Long story short I burned up about 800 bucks of chemicals I didn't need..made my pool milk white...10 gallons of chlorine to correct their mistakes..then I went to Google and YouTube last 8 months my pool is amazing I still use their chlorine but buy no other items from them and avoid their scam water testing offers. Nothing is free after those free water testing!"

"I was in the market for an electric pool heater. I called several places . I called the Pinch a Penny on 62 Ave and spoke to Christopher. Their price beat all the other pool companies in the area by as much as $2k. Christopher was a pleasure to deal with and I decided on their heater. After putting a deposit down the heater was shipped to their store I was set up with Ricky to do the install. Ricky did an awesome job with the insulation walking me thru the whole process. My Electrican then did the electrical install . Ricky then came out and set everything up and explained the operation. I was very happy with the whole process from start to finish. Thanks guys for everything you were all great to work with."

"Researching how best to heat our in-ground pool, we checked with our pool tech, Leslie's and also PinchAPenny. We decided on purchasing a natural gas heater, and John (the owner at this PinchAPenny) was super helpful in explaining our options, and even recommended a contractor who could handle the gas line installation. He answered all of my questions, coordinated the installation of our new Jandy heater with our gas contractor, and quickly fixed a minor adjustment to the pool plumbing. We're super happy with the heater and the installation, which was performed very neatly and professionally thanks to John and Ricky."
