"People who work there are friendly and helpful. They are hamstring by the technology (computers were down 2 of the last 3 visits) and the volume of people who have to wait on a long drive thru line where people order dozens and dozens of donuts. Walk up is no longer allowed so even pickup orders have to wait on long lines. The actual pumpkin latte was delicious so mixed feelings here."
