"Going on 9 months and they kept hanging up when I call. Told me multiple times I would hear back and have never called me back"
"Been contracted with them for over 10 months. Still have no signs of completion. We have paid for cage a that has not even been submitted for engineering. Modern Pools installed half the quality of pumps and equipment that we paid for in our contract. We were told that the top line equipment in our contract is not available and we would be given credit for difference. But other pool companies that we have talked to are able to get the equipment that we are suppose to have. We are not able to reach anyone. We have been told to only email which never gets a response. We have paid for the completion of our cage and pool and better quality equipment with no schedule of the services to be rendered. To top it off, we received a letter of intent from the travertine supplier that Modern Pools used to get our pavers from threatening to put a lien on our house because they have not been paid for our pavers plus several other customers."
