Pat came to the house, looked around the pool, did the measurements and had a ruff estimate of cost before leaving. 1 week later, I have a beautiful resurfaced pool with new tiles and handrail AND new DE Filter. Exceptional cost!! Excellent customer service, professional staff. I could not have asked for better service. Highly recommend!"

"FLA pools did a good job on my pool. Tonya, Don, Ron and Adrain were great. Very easy to work with. The showroom made it easy to pick tiles and colors. I was lucky and got the job done before the scheduled length of time they said it would take. The guys cleaned up after the job pretty good. It wasn't cheap but after a few quotes from different companies, they were all around the same but I felt the most comfortable with FLA Pools."

"We have a fiberglass pool that I didn’t know much about. I was about ready to have it replaced with a concrete pool. Robert came out shortly after I called him and looked at the pool and explained what his company could do to update it and explained the benefits of a fiberglass pool. The cost was about half to remodel what it would have cost to replace. We agreed to have it remodeled, the project was scheduled within 2 weeks and was handled very promptly and professionally. The team that worked on the remodel along with the project manager, Adrian, did exactly what they said they were going to do and showed up exactly when they said they would. Additionally, my messages were always answered quickly. The entire project was completed in 3 weeks. I highly recommend FLA Pools. "From start to finish FLA Pools delivered on everything perfectly. The company exceeded our expectations to be honest. Choosing a pool company is certainly a hard task, but starting with our Sales Rep, Claire, FLA Pools quickly became our top choice. Claire was helpful, responsive, but not pushy. She checked in and gave us time to think about what we wanted. We appreciated that FLA pools was not aggressive with their sales. Kris was our project manager and he was awesome. He communicated clearly and when he said something was going to be worked on...it was. He was happy to answer any and all questions we had. We were told the pool would be finished in 4-6 months from our dig date, which was April 25. The pool was finished ahead of schedule on August 7. This includes 2 weeks FLA pools was waiting on us to finish the fence around the pool for the safety inspection. Our pool was filled with well-water, which left stains in the pool, FLA pools made sure our pool was left sparkling and gorgeous... The only thing that could have been *Better* was the pool school. As, it was quick and overwhelming and we forgot most of it."
