"Mr. Pool Staff is the best, look no more. Sheila, Ron, Karen, Larry Kristin and Herb they are superb. We shopped all around central Florida for hot spa and horror the stories from other dealers, one in Orlando was very nasty and followed us to the parking lot, we left in a hurry. We are very particular and specific to our needs, that is why they were extremely patient and they wont rest until we were 100% satisfied. "If I could give more stars I would …. My wife and I just purchased an above ground pool from Herb at Mr Pool on April 13th . It was Installed and we have enjoyed it everyday since . This morning however , I woke up to the pump smoking and making a winding noise (apparently sand got in the pump somehow ) . I called the Crystal River store and luckily Herb was available to take my call. After explaining the situation , he was sympathetic and knew almost exactly what the problem was over the phone . They are 2-3 weeks out on service and install . This guy jumped in his personal truck and drove almost 2 hours with a new pump in tow only hours after we spoke . That’s not normal folks ! Most Anyone can sale a product , it’s what happens afterwards that matters . The customer service here is awesome ! I read reviews on most things before I purchase . If anyone is on the fence about purchasing a product ( pool or hot tub ) from this company , please know they are serious about customer retention and have your best interest in hand . Herb was professional and courteous for the entire process . Very impressed with the representation and happy with the result !"

"Just purchased a 15x30 pool can't wait for it to get here and be set up. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. Kristen explained everything in detail for me and answered alot of questions. grateful for her patience.I've never had an above ground pool before. Price was definitely better than I expected. "Great experience! Gave me an estimate promptly that included everything need for the pool I had selected. A lot of what they offer is designed, engineered, and manufactured in USA. Even though the pool I ordered isn't a brand they typically carry it didn't have any effect on the level of customer service provided. Even after the sale was final any questions or concerns I had were managed very well. Pleasure to work with! Can't wait to put it up and post pictures for y'all!"
