"Just want to share my recent experience with Crystal River Pools. I called them to see if it would be possibleto add a spa to my existing inground pool. They said YES. No problem. They then went on to explain the process and what it would involve. Digging, plumbing, concrete trucks major upheaval! WOW! I didn't expect that. But then Martin and Vinny came up with a perfect solution. A free standing aboveground hot tub integrated with a minimum upheaval into my existing screen enclosure. Perfect! Now, not only do I not have to sit on a concrete bench, I have six molded seats, two of them recliners, forty plus controllable massage jets , colored lighting, and a waterfall. And all at, wait for it, less expense. BRAVO, Crystal River Pools and thank you."
"We can’t say enough good things about Crystal River Pools. We live in Sugarmill Woods, Homosassa. They did a wonderful job from start to finish on our new pool build. and the time from start to finish was 3 months. We love how they took the time to come out to our property to look and ask us what we were looking for and then made suggestions - they didn’t just ask us to send them a copy of our survey and then just send us back a drawing of what they suggest . They submitted a computerized rendering of their suggested design that made it so much easier to visualize. Vinnie and Martin were responsive to all of our questions in every single step of the process. The sub-contractors they used were very professional, respectful , on time and more than willing to answer any questions we had regarding their particular step of the process. If you are looking to have a new pool installed - look no further. Crystal River Pools is the company you want - HANDS DOWN!"
