"Last pool season I had satins. I let the chlorine level go very low and put in citric acid and the stains cleared up. This year the stains came back. I could not put in citric acid because I didn't want to lower the chlorine level. I told the salesmen the story and he said "Ultimate Metal Control Plus Salt Solution" would work without lowering the chlorine level. It cost $79.98 for 2 qts. It didn't work even after wire brushing. I went back and asked for a refund and he refused. I am now waiting for the store manager to contact me."

"After a montb if waiting to set up an appointment for them to come look at my pool. It was green. Paid $400 to clean my aunts pool. Came 4x's never changed the filter as promised (I bought a new one they said they would change & show me how to maintain the filter system) never cleaned out the filter system. Last visit did a quick vacuum (I had to redo it) & left his dabs assuming he has a Marijuana card. After several calls asking for help changing the filter no call back."

"My husband and I are new pool owners and need all the advice we can get. We brought in a water sample that they tested for us for free. They also gave us a new tube so we could transport the next sample to them. Kevin was AMAZING he answered all the questions that we had and more. Kevin gave us tips and helped us after the water sample was processed to get what we needed around the store. He explained everything in great detail and even helped us with a coupon at checkout. Marco was also great he told us about weekly service they offer and a general price and what they included. Thank you Kevin our pool looks crystal clear!!!! You guys are great !!"
