"Repeatedly treated like im unwelcome. Last time I went for 2 jug refills the same kid that is always rude and refusing to help took them filled them and wheeled the cart to the back of the store opposite the register or the chlorine station. I stood there till someone else grabbed them and said where do these go? Its constantly happening and only have the issue with 2 employees. I've been a loyal customer for 7 years."

"Fantastic customer service experience! 9/10 times they will meet you at the door take everything you have get it replaced, filled, or tested. For a man this is as close to a day spa as you will get. For a woman that is alone that day it’s nice to know you will have help lifting, carrying, and loading the bulk material in your vehicle."
