"Our experience working with Pensacola Poolscapes has been outstanding throughout the entire process! We bought a great 20 yr old home, but the vinyl pool was a mess. We contacted numerous companies, but it was clear after talking with Todd he had the customer service and knowledge we needed. From the first assessment visit right through the final step he talked us through what needed to be done and ensured all the work and materials were the highest quality. Their prices were fair and a good value. We’d never replaced a liner before so he answered our endless questions. Every interaction with Poolscapes has been a pleasure; the installation crew was pleasant, efficient and paid attention to detail. No one else could figure out what an additional pump and piping was for, the Crew and Todd informed us it is a swim jet which is a huge bonus. The Crew even took time to correct the mess a previous company had left behind installing pumps. Interacting with their staff at the store has also been great. They always greet us when we stop in, promptly test our water and not only tell us which chemicals to use but also how to add them so we don’t harm the new liner. If you have a chance to work with Todd and Poolscapes we highly recommend you do!"

"These guys are the BEST! They replaced our pool liner, painted the coping, replaced an old sand filter and retrofitted us with some awesome deck jets! They did the liner in a day because our ground water was non existent. Professional and respectful. They made sure that everything was perfect for us. They were on time and got it done! Would totally call them again if needed!"
