"I walked in tonight at 945:pm or 9:50pm and the cashier was very rude and negative, didn’t say hello welcome or any sort of greeting and looked at me and said just so you know we not doing cash only credit card or debit. I went and said is fine nobody really carries cash anyways “ just small talk . She then got upset saying that I got in my feelings and stating that I was being sarcastic. I am a paying customer trying to get service. This staff member does not present herself with the proper customer service skills and has no positive attitude towards guest. If this is who you guys hire to work there I could only imagine what upper management is like. I asked for her name she didn’t want to provided all I know it was a black female maybe in her 28 to 40 years of age another staff that was mopping states that’s between y’all I’m not getting in that . If it was me both of them would be seeking employment somewhere else . I will be calling corporate in the morning As well as the better business bureau"
"In this place they treat the customers very badly and there is a man who works the night shift who should be replaced because he is arrogant and always in a bad mood, it seems like he is on drugs, people like that are not professionals when working with the public."

"Very nasty costumer service by the two young ladies today Sunday from the cashier, I’m always come here for more than 10 years and this is going to be my last time, also bathrooms are very dirty and nasty and floors of the store. Very nasty service not trying to help costumer….also half of the pomp to get gasoline aren’t working with a yellow bag… everyone is moving to 7eleven, to add the other day I was on the line to pay and a homeless guy that always be there asking for money took a bunch of beers without pay out of the door…and one of the ladies I told her that the guy walked out with beers said is nothing that she can…. She did walk to the door and looked outside but not even called police or nothing just keep working…."
