"This is THE BEST Starbuck's I have ever visited! I am a snowbird, walked in last year, placed my order and the next day I returned they had my drink ready! I was stunned and made this my go to every day for 2 months. Well, I returned this year and so happy to see many familiar faces. I could not believe it when I walked up to the counter, and my drink (exactly as I requested it last year) was placed right on the counter for me! I have shared this story with so many people. This Team ROCKS!!!! I LOVE their passion and care they give to EVERY customer they service, it's astounding and something that others could benefit by working there for a week. A special thanks to Monique, Chankevia, Tee Tee, Keisha and Tiffany for all you do! You are all amazing and in sync every day, thank you for your BEST IN CLASS service!"
"Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been in. Two girls working were rude and clearly didn’t want to be there. Barista put the milk in to heat but walked to the back and got plastic lids and began stocking them. This is when we were the only customers in there waiting for our beverages. Even though we are staying at Maran, we will go out of our way for coffee somewhere else in the future."

"Monique and Tiffany are the best!!! Fun, funny, hard working and always a friendly greeting by my first name. Sounds like I’m a regular, right? No! I am flight crew on standby and within a few days these cheerful gals make me feel like part family and part royalty! I took Monique’s recommendation on for an Ice Coffee and now it is my new favorite. In a city like Ft Lauderdale where tourism is the main stay, it’s nice to find a place where you’re more that just a passerby."
