"I tried to take my very large van through their drive-thru and quickly realized that I wasn't going to fit. In a panic, I started to reverse and almost hit another car. You would think that the employees at this location would point and laugh at me because I was being such a dummy, but they didn't. In fact, employees Abigail, Tessa, and Shaquita (sorry if I spelled your name wrong!) took the time to treat me with kindness and patience and they quickly got me out of my jam and back on the road with my donut order. At first I was so stressed and upset that I wanted to cry, but at the end of my experience at this location I had a smile on my face thanks to these three beautiful ladies. Thank you so much! I will be back at this location, only next time with a much smaller vehicle."
"I stopped by this morning, and ordered breakfast I ordered 2 caramel frozen coffee with whipped cream on both, when I got to the window one was without whipped cream when I asked for whipped cream to be added how I clearly ordered it the manager at the time with a blue shirt gave me the nastiest attitude and told me we only ordered one with the whipped cream. It’s not about the whipped cream it’s about how unprofessional she is as a manager talking a lot of mess with costumers in the window and how she has absolutely no professionalism in costumer service. I will absolutely never stop here again and definitely do not recommend it because of how nasty there mouth is."
"They need to retrain employees to have knowledge about they produce and make what customers requested. I order an caramel iced coffee with 1 cream, 1 sugar and 5 caramel with an espresso shot and it come out looking like milkshakes. I told the employees it shouldn’t look like this and he told me caramel have cream on it. I have nothing to say back to him so hope someone let him know for me ."
"Bagels are harder than morning wood.. They barely put cream cheese like they’re trying to preserve it.. They only fill the cup halfway if you get a hot chocolate with whip cream.. Today I went and there’s something gooey in my hot chocolate and no it’s not the hot mix.. I definitely won’t be returning‼️‼️"
