"I am disgusted with how i was treated this week, Maria Hernandez was the employee and she was nasty and rude to me. I ordered online at 11am for pickup at 2pm, when i got there my order wasn’t processed.. no one made the order and then they said they “ran out of the New smoothie bowls” and that “if you made an order at 11am we should’ve had your bowl to the side” okay so why didn’t you check online ordering system? Maria made it so that it was MY FAULT and didn’t want to compensate for a 24oz Smoothie, i had to beg.. I asked can i get an add on because the price of the Bowl and Smoothie were $2-$3 difference. She got an attitude and said NO I CANNOT. I asked for the manager Joe, she ignored me multiple times and said “the manager is not her he comes wherever he wants”Rude and the place looks SO RUN DOWN how do you not have a manager on site?!"

"Took my sister here due to she has never have been to one. She ordered the Caribbean jerk chicken and she loved it. She had the watermelon mojito smoothie, looooved it. Will be coming back again she said!!!"

"The staff at 1851 Cordova rd Fort Lauderdale, FL are beyond rude. My quesadilla was burnt and they gave me attitude because I didn’t want a burnt meal. I asked for a refund because after their horrible customer service I didn’t want them to make another meal. They did not want to issue me a refund. They said the manager wasn’t present to complete refund. As I repeatedly asked for the manager name they refused to share it with me. While I am talking to them they completely turn their back to me as if no one was talking to them and the cashier proceeded to take someone behind me while I am standing right in front of her .Very rude, I have never been treated like this at a fast food restaurant. I still haven’t received a refund for my order. I left the entire order on the counter and no one has returned my money yet !!!"

"I visited while on vacation and made repeat visits while here due to the consistently great quality of the food and quick and warm service. At first I was discouraged by the negative reviews, however this place deserves a second look! Clean environment and happy customers every time I'm here.
