"Store doesn’t understand how mobile orders work. They wait until I arrive in-person, then I have to get their attention and tell them I ordered online 10 minutes earlier."
"They do not make your order like you ask!!! I pay for what I want and they make it how they wanna make it. They curse & play around in the store and when you order through DoorDash or Uber eats the order is always wrong! I’m filing a complaint asap!"
"This is probably the worst service I’ve gotten at a Dunkin’ Donuts. It’s 9/23/23 at 8:21 am so management please check who was working this day and at this time on the drive through and they should be fired! The lady at the drive through from the moment I pulled up just had a horrible attitude. She handed me part of my order and when I was still sitting there waiting for the rest, with the nastiest attitude asked what are you waiting for?! I told her I was still missing my stuffed bagels and again with attitude grabs the bag and hands it to me as if I’m bothering her. I had also mentioned I needed straws which still were not given to me so when I said I still needed straws she clearly was very annoyed by having to do her job and slammed the glass door while I was wishing to have a nice day because I’m just that nice of a person. This person should not be working with people. Absolutely horrible treatment. This is definitely not how I want to start my morning."
"Under Shannel (she said that was her name) her supervision, very rude non customer service neither problem solving skills at all, I purchase five drink wrong done all the way, I request one of my drink to be change (matcha)since the taste was horrible or wand done correctly, she said she can do another drink but charge me for both since matcha was the very expensive drink on the store and she couldn’t be able to change it, and she never heard that when you don’t like an item you order you can change it. She said in top of it she was busy and had no help. She was very rude with her co-worker. One vehicle at the drive thru and only me at the inside of the store. She was very stress her face was very overwhelming. She looks with no control of what she was doing. She endeudo telling me the total of the order never change my drink. I was a waste of money $24.00. Please do not visit this store. They are stealing you with permits."
