"I accidentally ordered two location that wasn’t the one I needed to pick up from that was out of my way. I called them and requested that they cancel it. They told me that I should be able to go to anyone and get my items replaced. I came to this location on 1/35 and they refuse to do so, and wanted to charge me, I had my order on hand and they refused to replace the items which is terrible customer service because it’s still one company. The orignal location said they couldn’t cancel. It’s too pricey too have these issues"

"Why would a very rude person who Called Melody close the patio at 7pm and tell everyone to leave with an attitude.. The store closes at 9:30 and they don't close the patio that early, needles to say it was full of people. The staff in the evening can be really rude."
"This location never fails to get your order out quickly, correctly and with love. Staff is welcoming and answers any questions patrons may have. Very accommodating when it comes to making customized drinks as well. The drive through never has too much traffic which is always nice. Great spot surrounded by wonderful spots to check out."
