"Rudeness on overload.I had to practice self control.I speak 3 languages let's just say when I responded in English to what was being said priceless I'll state the racist comment only, that I should go to the McDonald's in Hialeah lol thank God for change if she only knew you can't be tough and weigh 7lbs 5oz corporate needs to do alot of work at this location."
"Newly remodeled location. Double drive thru lane for fast ordering. Easy access from East Bound 163rd Street. U ‐ turn if you are heading West Bound. Caramel Frappe was perfect and not too sweet!"
"By far worst McDonalds I have ever been to. Had to repeat my order 3 times and they still got it wrong. Ordered fries and saw after I paid that they were not on the receipt, so I told them at the pickup window and was told I had to go all the way through the thru again. I was happy to pay for them but there was no way I was going through the drive thru again for fries. No sauces for my nuggets and I paid for extra cheese on my sandwich and of course there was no cheese. The employees here couldn’t care less."
"Bathrooms smell horrible! Dirty, no running water on sink!! Should be closed down! Imagine employees hands how nasty they must be!!!"
"There has been a fly in the bakery box the past few visits, I think the fly checks in daily or permanently resides. Unfortunately, no one has taken notice or cares. I don’t recommend the cookies, unless you want McFly sauce.. Yeah, I’m thinking I probably shouldn’t eat here too. Also, closed the dining room at 10:30 pm, although the signage says the dining room closes at 11 pm. Franchises are not reliable, they lack the standards."
