"There's a location on university drive and Miramar Blvd. Where the employees behind the counter. Seems to think that it's OK to talk about people that come in and be extremely rude and disrespectful. They need to rehire all new staff and hire new management. We deserve better. The never have enough coffee or doughnuts. Never has alot of customers or long lines. And it is as if the employees are eating everything they prepare each day."
"Extremely friendly and helpful employees the whole time I was there. Towards closing time, the manager became a bit bossy and rude while eating right in front of customers but other than that, it was a pleasant experience. I recommend they get chairs that are more comfortable."
"A lot of the prices are wrong on the menu. When you ask them why they are charging you so muc more they try to say "oh plus tax". When you point out that theyre over charging for the subtotal before they even add the tax at the end, they say "oh thats the proce" without a care or concern. Make you seem like something's wrong with you for pointing it out."
"Placed a mobile order and walked in and my coffee was done. I could see it was wrong, but it's always wrong, so whatever. Stood there waiting for my food completely ignored until someone finally told me they were completely out of donuts and munchkins. When I asked for a refund they said they couldn't do it. How on earth are you a donut place that's out of donuts, continues to sell donuts, and then can't refund them. So no food and I'm out the few bucks- completely not ok."
"The cashier was rude from the onset, but still I proceeded to order 2 special lattes, a croissant sandwich and a grilled cheese sandwich in the drive thru. The croissant was flung together in such a way that didn't look appetizing, therefore I asked for the grilled cheese sandwich instead. This is when I heard the cashier and person from the kitchen complaining (as if it would take another 2 hours to cook this pot of extra special grilled cheese sandwich :/). Next time I hear any complaining I will simply get my money back, so not to inconvenience anyone with my outrageous request (whereas only 1 side of the sandwich got grilled anyway)."
