"The customer service is terrible...They will stand behind the counter and just look at you...Then once you ask is anyone working they tell you use the kiosk... Well I don't like using those things...So after reluctantly taking my order once I get the order the food is cold....Please explain to me how fast food is cold.....I live in close to this particular McDonald's but dread going there .....Its always the worst experience...I've tried everything I spoken to management nothing seems to work.....maybe this will work they act as if hey take it or leave it we don't care either way"
"The food is good at this place but what bothers me is the atmosphere. The manager and staff are Spanish and they talk very loudly. Their voices are all over the place. I complained to the manager to keep it down because I wanted to eat quietly. She answered if I wanted quiet to stay at home. I should have reported her to Headquarters."
"Oh my gosh. Whoever was talking to me last night is lucky that I’m not a crazy person who throws drinks in their face. I think it was one of the managers. Someone needs to relocate this unfriendly and rude girl to a McDonald’s in the ghetto and she can have her attitude and personality issues over there. Other than that, I usually like this location. It was a weird time for sure"
"Food was fresh and hot, a friendly smile took my order. Only bad thing was high school kids hanging out and one of them sleeping, makes for the atmosphere to be less pleasant."
"Burger had a piece of it bitten off. Manager said she would review tape without even asking for details. When she was asked how she would look at tapes and she did not know when it happened then she started talking it seriously. We asked her what guarantees we have that it will not happen to another customer again. She said she will replace the meal. She what a joke. I don't want my kids getting sick from eating a burger someone else bit into. This is just nasty. I do not know if it is an employee or a return order. Claudia the General manager spoke some English, the other management staff does not speak English. when Claudia the General Manager is not there so an employee had to translate to who ever is in charge."
