"I don't understand why it's so hard to make an order right, and then when you bring it back for them to correct they shuffle around taking their time with no sense of urgency for someone who intentionally placed an online order to save time. No tomato, that was it. Couldn't even get that right. Maybe they shouldn't be wearing ear buds while they work then maybe they can actually focus on doing their job correctly."
"Horrible Customer Service. Debbie was very rude and condescending. She had an attitude when asked questions and then had the audacity to ask me why was I mad. Ummmm maybe because your customer service is horrible. I asked for a side of salsa , she said it doesn’t come with it then said it was $1 and some change but really was .25 she just didn’t want to give it to me, never had I even been charged for a side of salsa. Not helpful at all!!!!!! I won’t be going to this Tropical Smoothie ever again."
"Always get the fastest service at this location and by far the best smoothies out of all the locations in the area! I drive an extra 15 minutes to order from this one!"
"I love the place and athe items but the employees do what makes me not like it. I always go at 4 in the afternoon before starting my work shift and this time I went and it was not good service. I asked for one product and they gave me another. She preferred to argue with me instead of accepting her mistake and solve my problem. I won't come back again. I love smoothies but not the people who serve the afternoon shift."
"So on 12/19/22 we were refused service for food because the African American lady said, “since she’s the only one in the store, she can only make smoothies.” I’m not sure who manages or owns this place but this is absolutely unprofessional to be refused service all because somebody is working alone. I don’t recommend this place to anyone! UPDATE: ate a Caribbean jerk chicken wrap from here on 7/11/23. Immediately the next day on the 12th I am experiencing food poisoning symptoms, chills, vomiting, diarrhea. This place has been falling apart and management/ownership needs to take a serious look into this establishment and figure out a way to get this place back up to par. The reviews say it all!"
