"I'm a regular at this Starbucks - even if I have some issues. First, the staff deserve a 6 out of 5. There is however only so much they can do, since Covid I haven't been able to add my own milk to my tea - a real problem because us tea drinkers are very particular about how much milk we want. The staff accommodates by giving me milk on the side however that's wasting a cup and a lot of milk; I know this individual store isn't responsible for this but someone at Starbucks should wake up and return to allowing patrons to add their own milk, cream, ... - we all know that with the prices we're paying they can afford it. My next issue is the outdoor seating; we could have used more than what was there before the renovation and since the renovation, it's downright ridiculous. C'mon Starbucks - remember customer service - put the milk, cream, etc back out and buy some tables and chairs for outside the store. It seems like you're slowly moving away from all the things that made Starbucks great."

"I am so glad this store is open again after the remodel! My day isn’t complete until I get my good morning from Joey! The employees are so pleasant, they are always pumping out multiple orders at any given time, day or night and always with a smile. I live very close so I am here almost daily. I love my neighborhood Starbucks."
