Dunkin'

"After reading the reviews I’m wondering why no one has done anything. Say at the counter for a couple minutes waiting. Some random guy walked up and the girls went to talk with him and completely ignored me. Seems every single Dunkin’ Donuts on the turnpike is absolute trash especially the further south you get. Unfortunately I didn’t get the coffe I was hoping to so I guess I’ll look elsewhere from now on."

"They got my order entirely wrong (both the drinks AND the donuts) and were extremely rude after mispronouncing my name. Horrible service in general, and horrible attitude to customers around me who weren’t even being impatient or bad-mannered. Honestly, I fully regret not going to the Wendy’s right next to it. Don’t go here if you can help it."

"I saw so many people just walk away from this counter, the employees will not take your order you must use the kiosk, so you can't pay in cash. Employees weren't the friendliest people to interact with. The croissant and hash browns were soggy"

"From the smallest pick up counter to having a non toasted almost grey sourdough sandwich there is some room for improvement. I understand that this is a busy location, but to not busy enough where a sandwich that is ordered to be toasted comes out not toasted at all, the sourdough bread almost looked grey not the usual white or even wheat colored. The refresher was made improperly as well, it had way to much coconut milk in it and no refresher in it. There needs to be a better pick up location or counter, currently it barely holds one order and whoever is calling out the orders does it once and walks to the back to make other orders, never repeating the order number or order contents. Not necessarily a negative experience, just some room for improvement."

"Maybe there has been a fundamental change in service by I highly disagree with the other reviews. We stopped here for a quick coffee and some Donuts. Patrice from NY, and I hope I'm spelling her name correctly, was absolutely wonderful. She had a genuine smile and her level of service was great. She looked beyond the order we placed, helped with the selection, prepared some extra cream for us to take with umprompted. I was very pleasantly surprised because chain stores, particularly located along turnpikes and places where there aren't regular daily customers, tend to leave much to be desired from service. Not in this case. The place was clean and stocked. These gals were wonderful. I would undoubtedly recommend this location for weary travelers."
