"I don't know who is in charge of this business now, but it definitely looks like it's another owner, because the quality of service has change remarkably for the worse. I wanted two iced coffees, 4:30 pm, the excuse is that the coffee machine was not working, they offered me to cancel the order and if I wanted something else, or simply cancel the order, just like that... everything was dirty, there were two employees, but apparently there was only one working and taking orders while the other was moving around directing the order taker but really doing nothing. Terrible service inside and at the drive thru, if you don't care about the clientele, close the business once and for all."
"Ever since new management took over and renovated, the Wait is always at least 20 - 30 min at this store and staff is not up too par. Today I Waited 31 minutes for 2 items to be made and there was only 1 person in front of me. Cheese was not even melted. My egg melts were thrown in a bag where everywhere else I have them in a little paper tray. Not going back, I’m always late when I go there and today was my last time ordering there."
