"Although I don't often go here, I wanted to say how amazing the woman behind the glass was at the Dunkn on Royal Palm Beach Blvd. because I had a gift card! Sue, as she went by herself, went above and above to verify and attach my second gift card so I would know which to use first. She also assisted me in selecting my final menu item. I deal with business owners all day, every day, as I process credit cards. I know that employees like Sue make all the difference in a company's success or failure."

"The restaurant is great the staff is great. This is a review of dunkin donuts the company. I am so sick of the horrible cups and lids. I went to sit my coffee on the end table by my couch. It was in my hand from carrying it in from my car. Theblid just popped off spilled all over my hand, and I dropped it all over the side of my new $3000 sectional couch! I am so done with dunkin. They have great managers and staff in the store, but their corporate decision makers are just plain idiots who don't listen to the customer base. Everybody is complaining about the stupid cups and lids. And there is nothing I can do because going after them would cost me more than just getting my couch cleaned. Ugh!!!!!!"
"It’s a shame that every time I go to this Dunkin if Sue is not there, it’s almost like you may as well not even get service. Every time that I come here in the afternoon, I’m either told they’re out of something or it’s made incorrectly. You would think at 5 o’clock they would still have coffee available considering there’s still three more hours that they are Open at least I know to only come here in the morning when Sues available."
