"30 minutes in line and they refused to honor rewards in app, told me to scan again and it took it 2x but they refused to give me my sandwich. Then had to wait another 10 for a recipt... Come on wendys your better than this."
"I went to Wendy’s and I asked for a spicy wrap and she gave me a grilled chicken wrap and I went back because she told me she would give me a spicy wrap instead of telling me they don’t make chicken wrap I ask for a refund spoke to the manager and. He said he will fix it and give me the crispy chicken wrap when Alexandra came back out to my car she gave me a wrap with spicy nuggets it was hard and cold they are a rip off never want to give a refund food is horrible !!"
