"This location takes forever and they ALWAYS get my coffee wrong. What's worse is when I tell them on my next visit that it was wrong they just say sorry and charge me for another one which is also wrong. One time they straight up forgot about my food as I stood there waiting for 15 minutes watching others come and go. The starbucks across the street by ABC is a real starbucks, this one is mcdonalds. I will not go back. The worst part is I always tip well. I got so frustrated I actually reached out to Starbucks via chat and submitted a complaint. If they follow up with me I'll update my review but I'm not expecting much."
"I went on Red Cup Day around 2:30 p.m. and even though the line was a little long, service was excellent! The girl at the window was extremely nice and helpful. She had a great attitude! I usually get a caramel frappe but since it was red cup day I opted for a holiday drink. She was patient in telling me my options and making suggestions. Nowadays you really appreciate good customer service. It makes the rest of your day go so much better."
"This is one of the cutest Starbucks I’ve walked into. The staff is incredibly nice and the atmosphere very pleasant. Really inspiring to get work done while enjoying a nice drink. I particularly want to thank Jaxon for his kindness and wonderful drink, who very willingly made for me, once we both realized that I had placed the order for a different Starbucks location. Thank you Jaxon for the phenomenal Peppermint Mocha Frappuccino and making my day! "
"It's new location at narcoossee Road. There is great outdoor seat and many seat in side. I like to visit again and very happy with thus new location. However it a little bit hard to get in narcoossee road. because it very busy spot."
"I knew this Starbucks was opening up so I passed by and surprisingly was welcomed by the developer. They were here handing out welcome gift cards with their staff and to me that is awesome. You typically don’t get that level of interaction now a days especially when the company usually does business to business. It represents that they are proud of their work and that makes me also know the maintenance will be up-kept The best staff hands down. Sarah and Billy worked at the other Starbucks and brought the same level of service and enthusiasm. Same stuff, different day"
