"If I could give no stars I would. The training and management under Sheila of this dunkin franchise is horrible! Every time I go there my drink is made incorrectly and never tastes good. I always hear the manager named "Sheila" yelling at the employees. something is always wrong whether they are short staffed (I understand why no one wants to work here), machines don't work, or lack of any training. Sheila was very unprofessional, unfriendly, and seemed disorganized. It's absolutely ridiculous."
"Ordered online with the mobile app. It was ready in 2 minutes! Looks like this is the way to go at this location. The people are friendly and its always very clean and organized. Grabbed a cappuccino and avocado toast."
