"Love the tea here I am always willing to make the hike just to grab my 25% black mango tea lemonade with Boba and lychee. However I did come into a problem when I showed up at 9:50, 75% of the drinks were not available. I believe if you are open, you should have everything available not just some drinks."

"I came in person to order 2 milk teas with ice cream and regular boba. They didn’t have the ice cream which was fine. However, once they were making my drinks they told me they only had enough boba for one of them. They said they could do tiny boba instead and I agreed although I had never tried it. I only said yes because I wasn’t sure what to do since I already paid and would be losing the money I spent for the topping. Which ended up happening anyways. When I got the drink, it was not good at all with the tiny boba and I mentioned it as nicely as possible to the girl working there. She just gave me a nasty look and said she could remake it without the boba. Once she gave me the drink she just gave me a rude look and didn’t respond when I said thank you and have a good day. Not to mention that they put the regular boba in the drink after mine which is unfair. Usually I love coming here but with this service you won’t catch me here ever again. They need to hire better people who actually have some empathy and customer service skills."

"Great tea shop, I recommend downloading the app bc sometimes the line can be a little long. The application is great and texts you when your order is ready. This place is small and has no seating but downtown South Miami is lovely and there are a few public benches to sit or better yet walk around. If you love boba you need to give them half an hour after the store opens. I recommend the Thai tea latte, the kiwi green tea is also delicious. Great selection of white teas Finally you can choose sweetness which is a game changer."

"Very intimate space with minimal seating . Staff is very nice . Many combinations of drinks can be created for you to try something different with each visit. Love the fact that you can tell them your sweetness level for your order. Do wish they had better seating though. Would be a cool atmosphere to relax and journal in the morning and catch up with a friend during the day."
