"I ordered my drink online for pickup inside. The app said it would be 15 minutes. After five minutes, it was ready! Upon entering, I immediately saw the sign stating where to pick up. As a traveler, I am glad I didn't have to look around to find the pick-up location. The staff was very friendly. They greeted me upon entering and leaving. They also verified I was picking up the correct order. Personally, I LOVED that. I've had someone take my drink before, and by the staff double-checking, it left me feeling at peace. If I am ever back in the area, I will DEFINITELY be back!"

"Be aware! You may end up paying almost double than in other “normal” Starbucks. Ordered two coffee and egg whites, the bill was $35, because they added “resort fee” to food items. Coffee taste ok and staff are hard working though."

"I’m a Starbucks loyal customer and have been to hundreds of locations, but this is by far one of the best Starbucks locations I’ve ever been to. The staff is exceptional!! Kudos to Samara and her fantastic customer service and professionalism as she made sure that my experience was great!! I would go back in a heartbeat if I visit the keys again in the foreseeable future!"
