"Dunking stores seem to be getting dirtier. Tables not wiped off, floor has food on it. Counter help seems to disappear occasionally."
"Store is beautiful! Customer service their is none went in on lunch break to redeem an email offer of free iced coffee with purchase was ready to make my purchase and cashier asked for a QR code showed help email had no QR code, she asked the manager for help and the manager said I have to get a QR code through the “app”. Downloaded the app and couldn’t remember my password for. Clocked forgot password and the app wouldn’t send me a link to reset my password showed the manager what was going on she had no solution for me. I asked her can’t she input under another code as app not working or something. She said no there’s nothing she can do. Then started assisting the next customer who was behind me. I left & went to Starbucks which is directly across the street. Not only did I waste my time but makes me wonder how Dunkin pays a manager to provide no solution to customers."
"Service was fine, coffee was swill, had to dump it after two sips. Basically tasted like coffee mate and hot water. But not totally surprised, it seems like most Dunkin' Donut locations have been serving lower grade coffee since covid."
"This Dunkin has a steady stream of customers and the employees are efficient. The donuts are fluffy, fresh and sweet. The coffee is what you expect from the franchise."
"Great location, nice staff. No drive through. They have CNN on the TV which I dislike. HDTV or the Weather Channel would be better."
