"This location never answers their phone and they do a terrible job at packaging doordash orders. I ordered a medium coffee with 10 munchkins and all I got was the coffee. Attention to detail is apparently nonexistent."
"i don’t know what they got going on but this dunkin’ donuts sucks honestly it’s not even good anymore the ice coffee doesn’t hit the same anymore it’s disgusting the people there are really rude rather drive to fort myers just to get my stuff right like if i complain about my stuff they think i’m being rude but i want my stuff that i’m paying for"
"Most of the time the workers are arguing and not attending anyone in line. My most recent experience was terrible. As soon as I pulled into the lot on 1/4/24 around 2, two male workers were smoking weed with customers in the back. I had to wait 20 minutes for my food and the workers didn’t care. The two males came back in smelling like weed. One of them was completely stoned trying to complete my order."
"Always makes mistakes on our orders. Orders are always on time and fast. Sometimes when they get busy they rush through and makes the food look like a piece of mess. Not acceptable"
"I stopped by for a milkshake and as soon as the girl at the window handed it to us I knew it would be awful. It had the consistency of milk poured in a cup. Not thick or creamy like it should be not presentable at all. Just straight runny texture and the cup was messy I had to clean it before attempting to taste it. My husband tossed it and took me to Culver’s because I couldn’t get pass the first sip."
