Einstein Bros. Bagels

"Einstein Bros bagels are not as good as they used to be, not just at this location but at others too. I wonder if the recipe changed when they were taken over by Panera. They are ok, it’s just that they used to taste a lot better. Coffee was good. Also, it’s a minor thing but how can you have a place to eat and not have any salt and pepper?!!! They said they can’t get any from their supplier! Super ridiculous!"

"I went in just to try it because a friend recommended i go. The food is so good! There were a lot of people there but the service was really quick so that was a plus for me. They also have a pretty cool deal where if you do the survey on the receipt you get some free bagels! It's in a good spot where you can just quickly stop off on your way to work so it's perfect for that quick bite before you start your day."

"I just came here with my son who’s been wanting to eat at Einstein Bros Bagels for months . Today we finally had the opportunity to and sadly it was disappointing. First we asked for two all nighters but one with no aioli . We get it and one had it . I approached the lady with the red hair making sandwiches and she looked at me all weird . Even the way she took the sandwich was like she was a bit annoyed that I sent the sandwich back .She told me it would take a while . Then when she remade it , the inside so burnt that it was mostly charred. I went to the cashier who was really nice and apologized. They made it for a 3 rd time and finally it was correct . This was far from what we both expected . The customer shouldn’t be treated as if it was their fault that someone put an order in incorrectly."

"We loved the outlet in Tampa but this one in Sarasota was awful. We were served coffee barely Luke warm which they reheated. Our avocado veg bagels looked like they were thrown together in great hurry. The avocado was hard to find. I would have preferred a different shmear but it was not offered. It was not cut in portions so was very difficult to eat. The cheap plastic cutlery broke immediately. Throughout our stay a vacuum cleaner was in use around the tables a chairs were being stacked on the empty tables. We did not feel welcome at all."

"So this is your average stop in and order, sit and eat a bagel shop. Bagels were good. Service is friendly. The cashier was friendly but seemed to get out of sorts when she wasn’t sure if a drink product we ordered was stocked. As we ordered there must have been something else that got her out of sorts because she again sighed and seemed unsure and frustrated about what was going on lol The floors were a bit dirty. But all in all a good quick place to stop."
