"I have never waited for a coffee using the drive through! The baristas are great...highly recommend!!! Beware of the snowbirds here. They can slow things down inside."
"This location is convenient to LWR and I really like their drinks. The baristas are all so nice, but the manager really changes the environment. I thought the first time that I visited maybe it was just an off morning for the manager, but then each time I've visited since, it's been the same thing. She is loud and rude to the staff, making comments that certainly don't leave me feeling like the staff is treated well. The operation was calm and there was a jovial feeling, and then when she came in, the mood totally changed, it became more chaotic feeling, and she was very loud. Disappointing noticing that as a consumer leaving me unsure that I want to return to the environment."
"Service leaves much to be desired. I explicitly asked latte coffee for here (means you put coffee in the porcelain cup). Staff has no idea what does it mean, still put in paper cup. When I asked 2d time that I would like to enjoy coffee in the cup, they just poured the coffee from paper cup to the porcelain cup like it is totally fine. They have no idea that when you are doing latte it is going in layers, so when you just pour it from one cup to another it kills the whole idea of a fancy latte. In general place is not clean tables not clean with bread crumbs. Perfect example how can you destroy high quality coffee and experience with low standard of service. Not recommending this place, please choose another Kahwa location."
"This was a good stop on our way up to Lakewood Ranch. I was looking for a coffee place and when I saw this one I said why not and gave it a try. I ordered two coffees and a chai tea latte, all iced. The two coffees were the pumpkin spice and the golden hour and while both were good, the flavors didn’t really pop and they both tasted the same, which wasn’t bad from a flavor standpoint but I felt kind of scammed considering I got two coffees for the different flavors and they tasted the same. Otherwise this was a good spot and I would get coffee again but I think I’ll just stick to a regular latte next time."
