"There are several employees that are overly rude to both staff and customers. I am honestly not thrilled to watch a mom be mom shamed by a 20-something kid with more things glued to his nails than there are coffee bean in the store. The mother had a child that was obviously special needs and the employee shushed the child and corrected the mother for disturbing the other guests... very sad. I try to avoid this Starbucks"
"I visited on Labor Day morning and was very disappointed. Typically, Starbucks has exceptional service, but even they have off days, and that was evident on this day. The service was unspeakable, very disappointing. I will not be referring this location to anyone."
