"This is certainly not the shining star of Dunkin franchises. This Dunkin is very dirty, both in the customer side and in the staff side. There was trash and spills all over the counters and workspaces. None of the workers were wearing uniforms. The service, or more precisely, lack of service, was horrible. The store was not busy by any means, 3 cars in drive thru, and no other customers in the store. The employees were too busy talking about their personal issues and never acknowledged me. I stood there for over 5 minutes before I spoke up and asked for service, and I was greeted with attitude. The only reason I can imagine for the above issues is that the store must have been robbed, and the robbers were pretending to be employees."
"The customer service is amazing. Will never go to the other dunkin off east bay. I should of gotten the man's name but he had tattoos and was so kind and made my experience great. Appreciate customer service over everything!!!"
"Employee yelled Get the F..c.k off at the of transaction. Aug. 29 at 620am and got my order around 650am. Went in to get 2 dozens of donut and box of Joe. I was given a wet partially open box of Joe. I asked to be replaced because it might let in my car. Poor service and attitude at this time. Employee went back to replace the box but it took him time. I ask the manager if someone can assist the employee. Manager proceeded to offer me refund for the coffee. But I need the coffee for the staff assisting with evacuation. Employee came out from the back talking and yelling. I said to him I will review his poor service and that's when he said get the f. C.k off. Manager stood there and do nothing."
