"Absolutely appalled that I send my lady to get late night food !! And she comes back with my burger charred to a crisp!! I don’t know who was working at 12:45 am on 12/05/23 but they need some real training! I don’t care if customers show up 5 min to close, we are paying customers and I don’t believe the workers would want to spend their money on burnt food ! Absolutely unacceptable and I do hope corporate or who ever owns this establishment get this handled right away! Burnt food to a paying customer!! Shaking my head ! I feel like I was just served old Patties that they warmed back up! This makes me sick ! And to do it right before they closed because they know the customer can’t come back! Absolutely unbelievable!"

"This is the worst Wendy's in pinellas county. Dirty store, food all over the floor! The restaurant was empty except 1 diner. Staff just standing around on their phones. One gentleman, did come wait on us when he noticed no one else would. The only other person actually helping customers had to do so while using the bathroom as no one would help when she asked. While the young man was finishing my order, another girl walks up from the back and starts asking him to go get things to stock the area. He starts to do what she asked and so I asked if he could finish my order as I am almost done and the only one in the store. She immediately got an attitude telling me I'm not important. The next thing I know we are arguing back and forth. I told her I wanted a refund of my order. She refused to refund me, saying I would have to come back the next day. I was not leaving without my order or my refund. After arguing with her I said just give me the rest of my food and I would leave. She again refused. I grabbed what they gave me and walked out. My husband came back in and he only got his frosty(still not everything we ordered) when he threatened to take pictures of the state of the store. Only then did someone come from the back saying no picture's give him his frosty. Definitely not worth the trouble. It's close to my house but I will not return to this location. I have never been so disrespected as a customer. This location has always had issues getting orders correct which is why we went inside.When the kid handed my husband his frosty he apologized for his co-worker. My husband said HE seemed sincere."

"If I could rate lower I would good was good but the service…. There was 2 people behind the counter fighting, they never called our names or number for our food. Plus when we came in it seemed like they didn’t want us here instead of welcome we got there’s 6+ walking in now with not a pleasant experience"
