"I just came through the drive-thru and I was having a horrible morning because I got terrible news AND my husband is leaving for the army in 20 days. I asked nicely what iced latte would they recommend, I have never experienced such great customer service anywhere else I mean everyone was overly nice and wanted to go out of their way to make sure I loved my surprise drink. "I ordered my drink on the Uber app to be delivered to me at work and it was completely wrong and I could not drink it because it was not even close to the coffee I ordered. I’m very disappointed and do not want to come back because this is not the first time I had a problem with this location. I’ve had bugs in my coffee and I have them a couple changes but will not be returning. Horrible that you can’t get what you ordered. I order a Carmel iced coffee and I got this without the flavor and cream and liquid sugar I paid extra for also."
