"If I could give this Dunkin a zero I would, they burn my sandwich ,and throw donuts in the bag that have frosting upside down and when you say something then they intentionally put sugar in my coffee and I'm diabetic ,we go here because of the convenience of the area but after today nope no more :("
"If you have time to wait especially if you're in the drive-thru then you'll be okay cuz there's usually a long line that takes a minute. I wouldn't recommend eating on property though because of all the homeless people gathering there."
"My husband and I stop here to get coffee nearly every day. We have had the problem fairly often that the coffee is lukewarm, not hot, when it is handed to us. Today we decided to hand it back and ask for an actually hot cup. The manager and the employees made a bigger deal out of it than needed and closed the window, but we could hear them talking about us through it. Never going to this location again. Serve your customers HOT coffee, they don't come for coffee that's been sitting around for god only knows how long."
"This Dunkin loves to give you only three quarters of your beverage of choice. If you mention it, the staff just stares with no response. The girls behind the counter chatting stopped talking to stare in confusion, without attempting to do anything."
"Came in today and got breakfast, store seems very clean and the food got was tasty. They were busy this morning it seems so getting help took a little longer than I expected but definitely not too long of a wait."
