"Our whole floor placed an order and every single item was terrible. The iced tea is always spoiled. The coffee tasted like the creamer went bad and the food was all burnt. Some of the workers are nice, that’s the only good thing I can say about this location."

"Fantastic customer service! The three times I have purchased coffee from here, I have been greeted with such kindness. Sue, who recently helped me with my order, went above and beyond to answer my questions about a certain drink. She was extremely pleasant, which was a breath of fresh air. I was having a hard time because my father-in-law was in the hospital and she truly was kind. The only thing I would recommend is having an option to tip when using your charge card. Honestly, this is the 1st time I have not seen that option at a coffee shop. Seeing I was unable to show my gratitude by tipping it was important for me to let you know how great she was. You have a phenomenal worker on your hands! 5 stars because of how great Sue was."
