"Claude at the drive thru window of this location went out of her way to show that she did not want to be working on this Black Friday. For some reason, shutting the window mid sentence to block out customer questions. Interesting. Then, when asked about getting a stirrer for the coffee, walked off in a huff to get a straw. Great. So, will not be back. Thanks for a good start to the morning, hope it's a busy day for ya"

"So the idiot working the window hands me a steaming hot coffee with the top not on all the way and the way he handed it to me it dropped all over me and my car. All he can say is I didn’t put the top on BRO. Then started getting tough through the window. Absolutely ridiculous.. I wish I could give them a zero"

"Food consistent, not always a lot of thought when packaging things. Very often get a chocolate frosted doughnut stuck in bag upside down with all the frosting stuck to bottom of bag or stuck to napkins in bag. Service smiley and friendly."

"I just got an order from this location. Cashed in my freebie on the new version of the app. The cashier at the drive thru was very pleasant answering my questions. My coffee came out tasty.
