"I placed an order for pickup and when I got there I couldn’t find it. A manager (wish I could’ve gotten his name) noticed, and came to help me. I had accidentally placed the order to another Panera. He helped me transfer my order over to this location. He was super nice and helpful. Definitely appreciated him at that time."
