"We always order on the app and go through the drive thru. The girl who checked us out was very rude. She told us we should have waited longer to pick up. We have never had that problem before. We do this 2 to 3 times a week. It was ready in 2 min. Imnot sure what the issue was. There was no one in front of us in the drive thru."

"This woman was serving drive through and cash register but there was no other customer in the whole store. She was too lazy to pick up a donut I ordered until my drink was completed and I kept asking about it. I had to wait until another customer came in and ordered a baked item and it had to be heated for her to finally hand over my order with the other order. I guess it was too much to ask for her to pick up the dang tong and put it in a paper bag."
