"A disgrace of an ice cream shop. Nasty looking freezer burnt ice cream, old disgusting shop and to top it off an employee who did not care to speak a word to us as we walked in and decided we didn’t want anything. Obviously the owner doesn’t care either as the reviews from months ago are also complaining and no change has been made. Sell it to me and I’ll turn it around"

"Ice cream was very soft, semi-melted. Tables were not wiped off. Stools were broken. Jukebox broken or unplugged. Both bathrooms were out of order and locked. There is a surcharge to use your credit card. When I tried to pay with cash she did not have change. Price was very high for one scoop of ice cream, even for a tourist trap. I recommend you drive down the street to Cold Stone for better quality, better atmosphere, and better value."

"The place needs a pick me up. New paint, pictures, etc. The girl got our order said I can finally take my lunch..they opened at 11 and it's 12.....People came in I told them she would be back in 10 minutes cause they didn't see her sign....9 people left that's alot of money. But the waffle cone was good and the peanut butter was very flavorful."

"Will not be coming back here. I ordered strawberry ice cream and when it was handed to me it was over half melted and someone with me ordered the Oreo one that didn't have any actual Oreos in it. She got rid of it, couldnt even finish it. When we walked in the was a younger lady with black hair. She didn't welcome us in or even look up at us. Continued texting on her phone and didn't say A WORD. we told her what we wanted so sheade it told us our total than went back to being on her phone. Didn't say goodbye. Horrible customer service. My strawberry also had a big ice chunk in it that you could see before I even started eating it. Very disappointed that two scoops was 6 dollars and didn't even get good service."

"Just okay. Their woman’s bathroom toilet has no seat attached (it was on the ground next to the toilet) so it cannot be used but there is no out of order sign and the lady did not say anything either time we went in there. They advertise items they state they don’t have, their chocolate chips are old as they are very discolored, which caused my son to have zero desire to eat his ice cream. If you don’t pay with cash they charge an additional 3.95% on top of your total (and ask for a tip on the machine) The seats and tables are sticky, and despite nobody staying in the building after getting their order, the girl working in the store chose to sit down and charge her phone instead of cleaning the seats and tables (there is still a pandemic, isn’t there?) They provide drinks with paper straws so my straw was disintegrated in my milkshake before I could finish it, although the Oreo milk shake was tasty, I was surprised that I didn’t even receive a lid for it so my whip cream was falling off and out of the cup. The ice cream itself is ok, but I wouldn’t recommend my friends or family come here and we won’t come back."
